i put a brand new battery in todayu becuase my old battery was leaking acid and stopped working, now i put a new one in today, and it did the same, thing , why si this ???

4G63 For Me said:I agree, this happened to me 3 or 4 times. It will happen quite often if you get an alternator from Checker, or Autozone, etc. It might be worth it to spend the extra $$$ and get one from a dealer, considering the work involved to replace it.
