2G My 97 GST will not start

My 97 gst will not start. I only makes a clicking noise when i turn the key.. It is a stock bolt with only a 16g turbo and couple other bolt ons and I'm late for work

Sounds like battery connection isn't good enough to power the starter.

Try to get a jump start, if that doesn't work check the wires to your starter, if they seem tight, remove the starter and get it tested at any auto parts store.

Check your battery, if that is ok then your starter solenoid is shot, basically just replace the whole starter. The solenoid is the clicking you are hearing.

i called the guy i bought it from there are two alarm. a silent one that wont let the car start.. but any ideas about upgrades i should do??

Upgrades would be to rip it out , I had a 3000gt that did the same exact thing after an aftermarket alarm was installed. Rip it out and say goodbye to no start issues
