hey, nice progress, I was wondering why you used so much glaze or bondo. are those really big dings? Im doing body work now, Im hoping Im doing it right. also, I took my dash out are you planning to put that back in?

It does look like a lot of filler but that rear quarter had a pretty good size dent in it. We had to use the weld tab gun in several differnt spots to pull the dent out. Doing so caused the rest of the panel towards the door to get weak, it was really easy to push in. If you have the interior panels off in that area you can see that it is hard to get your hand back there with a dolly to hammer out and strengthen the panel so we feathered the filler out on the panel to make the soft spot a little stronger. Other than that spot, the filler is only use to make the surface smooth after the dents and dings have been pulled

yes, the dash is going back in, i just pulled it to remove the heater cooler, blower, sound deadener and to relocate the under hood fuse box.

interesting. I wish I had a dent puller. but I dont need one now. I think my bondo job will do. I pulled my dash because of the rubber coming off that is probably a bad decision, idk if I can find everything to put it back in.

i took this pic to ask about setting up the coilovers. here you can see that the control arms are almost parrallel with the rest of the subframe(they are slightly angled downward). This is my first set of coilovers, so i have now way of knowing what kind of drop this is going to give me on the car...i know that i wont be able to fully setup the coilovers until i have them fully loaded on the ground with the engine and tranny in the car...im just trying to get a rough guess...
