I went to a wood working show and they had a demo of this tool. I must say that I'm not easily impressed but this blew my mind
Bad Dog Biter Kit

It's a nibble that attaches to your drill. The best part was he cut wood, aluminum, steel, stainless and the edge was pretty damn smooth. I was rubbing my finger on the edge trying to catch a nick or imperfection and nothing. The mount holds your drill to act like a table saw, or other types. I literally almost bought one right there, not sure why I didn't. Kind of mad that I did not.
Cut everything from really then aluminum to 14g electrical box covers. He even had a stainless steel kitchen sink there that he cut up with this thing.

Looks cool, but it sucks that it requires the use of both hands. Price seems salty too. Most air tool companies make that same type of nibbler. I just used one 2 weeks ago to cut some sheets of steel for a buddy's metal roof. The only downside is that they make a nasty mess of fingernail shaped clippings and they go everywhere.

Harbor Freight even has the air powered ones: 16 Gauge Air Nibbler

It leaves cleaner cuts than a nibbler and you don't need 2 hands if you have the mount.
It's expensive but there are also knock off versions made in china for $70. It also has 3 patents.

The one that I used (similar to the HF one) left very clean cuts. I was very impressed. I could run my finger across the edge of a cut, and it was very smooth. The cutting portion of all of them in this style look identical.

I currently own a set of electric shears and an electric nibbler, and I like this style better than both of mine. So, I might be adding an air powered nibbler to my tool collection sometime in the near fiuture.

I've never used an air nibbler. How much air do they really use? I only have a 12gallon air compressor.

I'm really not sure about that. The compressor we were using was a 30-gal (not sure of the flow rate), but it was turned off and we were just running on the air in the tank. I would assume it's comsumption is low. I'd guess that most cuts take 3-15 seconds to complete, and almost any air compressor could keep up with that.
