I am trying to talk our fab guys into making the two products which are most useful in my opinion, the billet clutch release fork and the rear toe eliminator bushings and POSSIBLY the clutch pedal bushings. The extended clutch rod does NOTHING for your car so its a waste of time anyway. Plus Speed Source makes it anyway. The camber kit is CRAP, Ive installed one and it sucks, just spend the money and get the nice Ingalls kit.

Who would be intersted in ordering those products from a reputable company that has great quality and great customer service? Plus we would have many copies of each piece ALREADY made and in stock, so when you order them, they ship the next day. No waiting 3 weeks or more BS. Im not really trying to advertise here, we probibly dont stand to make much if any off these parts, just trying to make them available to guys like me who NEED them without risking loosing my money and precious time.

Fantastic, I would MUCH rather order from some type of reputable dealer / shop than that guy. Making these parts would be a godsend.

eric -

As long as the pricing is reasonable I'd definitly be interested. I always look at 1) waiting time, and 2) price, when I buy from a shop. ( quality is a given ) Let me know if you guys make a clutch fork because I'll definitly buy one if the price is reasonable next time I'm there.

I really like the colt, its still stock, but I plan to either mod the 61t or swap a 63 in it, I was very lucky that I found the car for sale, the only problem about the car is TRACTION :p

We discussed it and the toe eliminators will be a go for sure. The clutch forks however require ALOT of devopment and engineering work, theyre just nowhere NEAR as simple. If Taboo isnt interested in making them anymore and they would be so kind as to share drawings with us, it would make production of these pieces almost immediate. Doubt that will happen though, so we'll just have to do it the hard way and wait it out.

So, are they planning on fabricating the forks at all? It would be nice to know they will be available in the future, how are you guys going to get ahold of taboo?

Well, I feel very lucky, it took him about 2 weeks to respond after I sent him the money. It is a fact that he isn't the quickest guy but at least I got my fork. By the way, anybody else get their fork at all? This is his e-mail address that he responded to me back in april, if it is different for some reason: [email protected]

I'm not sure if this is the same e-mail, but you should probably check.

there's a problem using the act 2600 with the stock fork? someone fill me in...

I guess they will break. I'm using one right now cuz I haven't seen my taboo clutch fork in yet. No issue here, but it has about 10k miles on it, so its rather fresh. All its life its been used with a ACT 2600 and its a rough life.

Hey hey hey! Don't tell the truth about taboo! Cause thats flaming. Plus "taboo makes good parts stop your whinning."

I am going to going to order a factory fork, as I dont see the billet one coming in at all. I just hope that the factory fork holds up to my 2600.

Kicker, I would feel pretty confident about using a new factory fork. I have YET to see one break once we installed a fresh new fork. Im trying to get the ball rolling on getting these parts into production. It may take a while though, we have SOOO much development and time spent in Evo VIII stuff going on and soon to start on SRT-4 and some other models. Be patient my son!

I've been using a new fork for some time now. It's been a fix for several months as I hopefully wait on Taboo's fork.

Still no luck here even getting ahold of the guy.

ams eric you seem to have an inside knowledge about taboo...WTF going on with him? Is he ever going to send the shit he said he would? I ordered back in oct its been 3 months..

Actually I have NEVER contacted, spoke with, or know anything about Taboo. I just know Ive heard many horror stories about wait times and not getting parts. I need some Toe eliminators for my GVR4 since I removed the AWS and Im not about to throw my money into an empty Iowa cornfield. Thats why I am trying to get our shop to consider making some of these parts that many DSMers need and unfortunatly have trouble getting.

taboo lives in des moines ia i can ask around for u guys and see if i can get some information for u. I know it sucks to get screwed over by people. been there done that

Ok, enough of the B.S. already. As I stated earlier, no one is going to get ripped off. Martin has not been in a good shape (health wise) for the past few months which caused everything to be put on the backburner temporarily. He's getting better and everything that had been delayed should be getting ready and shipped within the next month. Look at TSS's website for the announcement. :thumb:

I have received a reply back from Taboo. Martin apoligized for the delay and expressed that they had ran into some bad health problems and were unable to tend to some of his business. I expect others might have received some replies expressing the same issue.

I hope others have the same luck, if not be patient.
