alright yesterday I correctly wired in a 3 bar map sensor, bought ceddy mods SD package. Didnt bother with SD yet but flashed it with big maps, transferred over my injector latency's etc. So I do a few wot and she just bogs out at 15psi and hangs around 5500rpm to 6500rpm. Switch hose to the internal gated but at 10psi, she boosts fine throughout the RPM's. Put a MBC in between the line and again same problem. I did tests with big maps and stock, still cant get past 15psi.

AFR's look good
fuel pressure - right where it should be
no leaks besides biss screw.
tps is where it should be.
950's on a big 16g are overkill but they work. Fuel trims are in 5% range.

any advice would be appreciated, might do another boost leak test but I even went as far as spraying my couplers with mega hold hair spray. as of right now, my MDP sensor is wired back in, checking external waste gate for leaks etc.

The higher the boost, the smaller your plug gap needs to be. I run .23. Might check that.

I will try that but I just found out my external wastegate has a hole in it but still doesnt make sense why my internal one was acting up. unless it just cant push enough exhaust gases through that tiny hole.

so on external with big maps I can successfully boost past 15psi now, but I will still take in to consideration about the gap size.
