1G Multiple electrical issues. Ignition Switch?

Hello All. I've been having a variety of electrical issues. I think I may have finally found the culprit, but wanted some input before ordering and installing a new ignition switch.

Issues: Hazards do not work. Blinkers work but do not indicate on the gauge cluster. Fuel level, engine temp, and oil pressure gauge do not work on gauge cluster. Rough starts.

I replaced the following parts with no change: Gauge cluster, fuel level sending unit, temp sensor, oil pressure sender, Coolant temp sensor, hazard switch, and the blinker/hazard box which makes the clicking noise (behind radio).

I was looking at the electrical diagrams in my Haynes Manual and all of the accessories I am having issues with had the ignition switch in their diagram. I searched "Ignition Switch" in the forums and could not find a similar situation as mine, so I thought I'd ask.

Do you guys think replacing my ignition switch will fix these issues? Your input is appreciated!

First check all your fuses especially the 10A fuse #11 inside fusebox which is the one supplying power to fuel gauge, temp guage, oil pressure. Don't just look at them - see http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-electrical-wiring/179914-fuse-testing-without-removal.html. If all good, measure voltage on that 10A fuse 11 while turning ignition key to it's different positions (and wiggle it in each position to see effect).

I used a test light and all the fuses were good. I still need to get a multimeter to test the voltage, which I will do tomorrow morning. I checked all the grounds in the engine bay and they were good too. Are there any grounds under the dash that could be bad?
