So I just hooked up a new set of gauges for my main gauge (rpm, boost, oil pressure, gas, ect...) what wire from the multifunction switch turns the lights on when I turn the multifunction switch on?

Honestly just use a multimeter or test light and test all the wires. There should be a constant power wire and the wire that turns the lights on should only see power when the switch is on. If all else fails you can try and find a diagram in a service manual. I know this isn't a direct answer but a lot of things you have to figure out on your own, and now you know how! Hope this provides some help!

So yeah I have come to figure out that the eclipse has seperate on and off wires for the high and low beam headlights. So I just tied it into a fuse spot that is only hot when the ignition is on and wired the gauges to a toggle switch.

For the future another method is to test the fuse box on the inside drivers side with a multimeter$16 at Sears. When you find a fuse with 12v on and 0 Volts off, you can tap into the fuse by pressing in wire leads or use a fuse-tapper made just for that.
