mount question

ok i have transmission that pops out of 1st some times and at high rpms it won't go into 2nd. now i did buy accident brake a bolt in the transmission mount, the top mount. could that cause the problem? should i start looking for anouther tranny? the trans dose not grind at all just that.

could it be a shifter adjustment that might need to be made.
