Motor mounts torn from block

What could cause the block to rip apart from the motor mounts?

I was thinking about welding the mounts or using really hard bushing.. but this thread/photo(s) has got me wondering if welded-mounts would aid in this problem.

yeah the car was driven hard - i think thats what its there for... the 7bolt in the car was trashed to start out with.

the mounts are new, i know that. i dont think that was a 'show off' thing; hell the fp3065 isn't a big turbo ;] maybe a launch too hard or something?
