just out of curiousity, when i start the car it sounds like something is stuck in oil pan/crank area and getting molded in there... does that sound like time for a new motor? this just happened after i replaced the oil pan gasket. and i dont start the car all the way, ### as soon as u turn the key u hear it...

When you put the bolts in the oil pan did you note the 2 short bolts that are directly under the timing belt? Remove the cam gear cover and inspect the belt for rub marks, rips, or tares. If there is damage to the belt a new belt is in order and the bolts on the oil pan directly under the timing belt will need to be replaced with shorter ones to prevent this problem from possibly destroying the engine.

+1^

There are 2 screws/bolts that go through the oil pan flange that are shorter than the others. These go directly under the timing belt, otherwise you're going to rub a rather deep groove in your timing belt which means it'll have to be replaced. There is no questing it.
