well your clutch fork is broken for sure, as its non existent LOL.
and that slave cylinder will need to be replaced too

I can't tell extremely well due to the pics. But from what I can see your Slave cylinder blew apart and your shift fork appears to be broken off. How hard were you pushing down on the clutch? Doesn't seem likely that your clutch fork broke under normal conditions, perhaps it was already cracked, but I would check things out in the trans when it's pulled as that really shouldn't happen.

so i gotta find a clutch fork, get a new slave cylinder, and then pull the trans to fix it? And i wasnt pushing down very hard or anything. just taking the car out of gear for the red light

Yep, I'd also replace the TOB (throw out bearing) with a new OEM one while you're in there. The clutch fork can't be replaced without pulling the trans. I'd also take a look and make sure nothing was binding up in there or that there wasn't anything wrong with/broken on your clutch because as I said I don't think that happened from casual driving without something wrong.

The forks are prone to cracking and breaking with an aftermarket clutch...

Sorry to hear about the bad news, its not a difficult fix but does require pulling the tranny as others have mentioned. With the help from a friend you should be able to get the job done in 1 day depending on your skills.
