Where would I be able to find the most affordable 420A intercooled turbo kit?
 
overboost.com for star stage II kit or hahn racecraft.com stage II kit
 
^^^ Those are pretty much the only kits out there. You could save some money by piecing together your own kit, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you have a lot of experience with turbo 420As (or have a couple local buddies who do).
