Monroe Stock Strut Replacement Question 2G AWD

Hey, I have a few questions about replacing stock struts on a TSI. My struts are clunky and squeaky and are just really in bad condition. The car is on stock springs and it won't be lowered at all. What would be a good replacement for these worn out struts? I'm looking at Monroes or GR-2s. I just want a nice replacement that aren't super expensive. Any suggestions will help, Thank you. Also if I can get them at Oreilly I can get them with my employee discount, like monroes. Thanks

Nothing wrong with Monroe's for stock replacement or KGB agx's are descent for the price.
