1998 GSX with Megan Racing EZII coil overs from previous owner, the car rides like absolute crap unless the road is perfectly racetrack like smooth. I've tried adjusting the settings and it helps a little here but makes there worse. I also live in the country and the roads aren't the best. Can someone provide the link or part number for the front and rear strut & spring that's either closest to OEM or something that will ride properly? I don't care for the ride height, I'd rather be comfortable instead of bouncing around everywhere.

Most folk get coilovers from crappy china sourced aftermarket companies. I don't think OEM are available anymore & would suggest getting Koni replacements. I check Koni's website & the still list both their sport & street offerings. My Koni's really smoothed out my ride compared to the Tein Flex they replaced, a very noticeable ride improvement. You will need to find all the OEM spring, cushions, .....
Another option is to contact Flatout Suspensions. They do custom valving & their quality looks better than most others. Also the spring and all come with their coilovers. Thay have some stuff that isn't listed on their site so try calling them.

Thank you, I was considering just getting some KYB GR2s on the front and back, don't know which type of spring to use however.

May be a dumb question but if I removed my coil covers, will I need #1-9 of what you showed illustrated? If so i'd much rather purchase a complete kit somewhere that's affordable.

Yes. If you want to go back to OEM run a want to buy (WTB) in the Classifieds. All the #1 - #9 gets discarded when going with coilovers. Someone still might have all of this hiding in a closet or something & may be willing to let it go. Also, after 25 or so years most likely all the rubber things could be deteriorated & fairly poor condition.

I always thought the KYB ride was harsh too, & did like them much.

Found some on eBay! And last question for the rear...if I got a set from a GST, could I just replace the springs with GSX equivelent springs? Its my understanding the fronts are the same across, just the rear for AWD was longer or stiffer?
