So, i bought a 94 eagle talon, non-turbo. I love this car, and i want to start modding it. Only thing is, i dont know were to start. Any tips, or anything like that would really help.
 
exhaust, header, cold air intake, clutch, rims, things of that on a small budget.

I hope you said rims because it will allow him to get large brakes calipers and rotors.

Intake, exhaust manifold (you can find some nice stainless steel runners), High flow cat, new cat back. I think thats all you can do to keep it emissions legal. I am not completely sure.
