Ok the car has been grinding into second alot i had a friend rebuild my slave and there was a#7 bolt that fellout of the tranny i know what that means but im not rich so i just changed a front mount the other day and now when i press the clutch i hear this rubbing sound kinda like breaks on a bike and i cant get it into gear without slamming it in . is the clutch blown ,maybe low on tranny fluid any help would be appreciated

I doubt low fluid is the problem if it's only second gear. The noise when you push the clutch in could be a throwout bearing, or the clutch could be over adjusted and the pressure plate fingers could be rubbing on the clutch disk. Where does the pedal disengage?

might need to adjust the master cylinder link and make it get longer strokes... its behind the clutch pedal just un hook the link and screw it out and see if that helps.....
