I have a afpr and a 2g -6 fitting. Problem is I am using a 1g rail and it won't fit. The correct fitting is due Tuesday. I have another afpr I can put on since Im running out of warm weekends. Is there a way to modify the stock one so it doesnt regulate?

The 1g reg puts out 37 psi, 2g needs 43 psi. I needed a fitting for my afpr and wouldn't get it till today but drilling out the stock fpr and using it as a fitting for my afpr would. I took it off and looked at it and i'm sure drilling it out would've worked but I decided to wait and did other things.
