Modded 2g Idle Issue

I am having a problem with my 95 Talon awd idling. Mods are fmic,big 16g, headers, 3inch dp/exhaust,hacked maf,safc,560's, 255 pump, FPR with really close fpr (hard to get exact when idle is jacked up) roughly 38ish and 42/43 with vaccum hose off n plugged with finger.
At first I got a rich idle which later was fixed and then she would idle fine for 2-3 mins then start to bog and eventually die.

Not sure exactly even where to start. Please help.

Basically, on a fresh cold start your car is going to run a little rich on the warm up. Right away it's in open loop. Once it drops into closed loop after being warm enough (2-3 mins maybe in your case) then it takes the voltage readings from the o2 sensor and if it isn't functioning properly it can cause your idle to be very poor or cause you to not idle at all.

Test it first if you can. Otherwise I would check for boost/vac leaks. Although a vac leak would cause a lean condition..

What are the settings set at on your SAFC?
LoThrottle settings to be specific. Your hacked MAF could possibly cause idle issues too.

I will post settings in a few when I go check them but (if Iam stupid on this dont bash) the ne pt lowest setting was 1k rpm she doesnt idle that high so would that even effect it? Im pretty sure the 1k ne pt is like +38


I also haven't done a boost leak test but I have looked at the lines and they all looked tight/secure and serviceable

Another note my Bov does not recirculate. But is that even a issue since I am not building boost at idle?
