mobil 1 and other oils

i know there is probly threads about this already but my question is, I am changing my oil and auto tranny fluid this week and was thinking about switching over to mobil 1 5w30 my car has 155k miles and a top end rebuild about 15k ago is this a good idea? and for tranny fluid should i go with b & m trick shift or mobil 1 in there as well.

I use the tranny oil that buschur recomends, sycromesh or something? It can be found on his site I believe and I use synthetic engine oil, I have stuck to Mobil 1 synthetic it is all the car has ever seen.
