Right now I have a keydiver stage 3 chip made for 93. Would I be ok mixing in some e85 still running that chip? What ratio should I go for and would it even help?

For future reference, the stoich ratio for ethanol is 9:1. You may think it's a nominal difference, but you need the right numbers for any sort of calculations.
I think he meant E85 in the post you're referring to, not pure ethanol which you're correct is 9:1.
E85 is 9.765:1. The E70 winter blend is about 10.7:1
I just want to make sure i get this straight.
I realize there are different summer/winter blends . do you have to tune for both winter and summer? also, i garage my car from October to usually early may when do they switch between the 2 blends?
