I bought a Tsudo exhaust system a while back (Cat-Back and Header). The tubing size is 2.25" ID. Today I just received the Pace-Setter CAT that I had ordered ("stock replacement") and the inlet/outlet tube size is 1-1/4"! The flanges look like they will seal ok but I'm not sure the header going into a 1/2" smaller pipe will work correctly.
Will this be OK or should I send the CAT back and try something else. I've been trying to get this exhaust installed for over 2 months now and I'm pissed that the CAT is so off in it's tubing size. The Pace-setter website doesn't list the tube sizes and says that the CAT is "stock replacement". So I figured it would fit (Tsudo aslo states "stock replacement").
We don't have emission testing here so I was thinking about a "test-pipe". But I'm wondering how that will effect the OBD2 O2 sensor function. Would running a "test Pipe" cause any CEL issues?

You would think that they would put all of the specifications of the products they build on the website. Guess I'll have to wait (AGAIN) untill Monday to call them and find out what size pipes they use and if it truely is "Bolt On". I'll also check out Prostreet to see what they have.
