Missing with Bad start

Hey guys! First I like to say, I sure cant wait till it warms up!! LoL

I was having a problem with my 99 Eclipse Gs now non turbo again.
Problem is, it takes me about 3 or 4 times to start it...After reading the forms here I come to the conclusion that I may have a leak somewhere and im losing fuel pressure and it takes me a few cranks to build that back up.

Now my new problem that I cant figure out is that my car is missing ever so slightly while it is idling. It misses really bad when I first start it up for the first 30 sec or so.

I have no idea what could be wrong, dose anyone have any ideas?

The hard start might be from the check valve in the fuel pump, if it don't hold pressure it will take a few seconds to build back up but the gs has a prime and should not take long at all. The misfire can be a number of things, if the car saw boost then I would do a compresion check. Probe the ignition wires with a test light to check for leaks.
