Missing wires.

Alright so I was looking at my temp. Sensor and found that the wires were missing. How would I go about rewiring it?

This is a little confusing. Your coolant temp sensor? And what do you mean the wires are missing? Are they cut? Is the whole plug missing? Be more specific.

There are no traces of wires to the sensor. I can't even see wires that would even go to it. It appears to me like they have been cut but I don't even see the wires that were connected to the sensor. So I was going to rewire it but i do not know where to wire them in at?

The large top connector in the housing is your coolant temp sensor for the ECU. The bottom connector which you think is broken, is actually just being used a plug to cap off the hole. The 2g has 2 connectors in the thermo housing while the 1g has an extra fitting or 2, but the one in the pic (Emission control thermo valve) which happens to be the same exact size as the CTS threaded connector. Actually the CTS should be in the bottom port and the "plug" should be up top where the 1g thermo valve would have been.

Oh alright. That makes sence. So I just need to rewire the bottom one?
