misses throughout driving range

I have replaced my plugs and wires. This problem started after my o2 wire on the ECU came in contact with the center counsole and kept blowing my MPI fuse. Could this of messed up my coils or mpi relay that's also in the center console?

Another thing i noticed, is that if i have the key in the on postion, the isc will click.

MPI relay controls the fuel pump operation so if you'd know if was bad. Have you tried to pull codes from your ECU? It's likely (then again there are exceptions) if you fried an ECU controlled component, you'd see a CEL. Even if you fried the ECU itself by shorting out one of it's I/Os

My cel is not on. Im thinking it is the ECU. When i kept blowing the MPI fuse i changed the computer. I dont remember the old ECU doing this. It seems like it misses more when the car as been running for a while.

Do a search on "blown ground trace" or "sensor ground trace" in the ECU. I am not sure if this is it, however the cause-effect seems similar to other cases that I've heard of for this.

Well, I found out that i had two bad spark plug wires. I replaced those with no affect on the miss. It seems to miss more when warm then it does when first started.
