miss under load at more than half throttle

I have a 97 2.4 block with a 1g head on it. It idles fine and revs fine while parked but doesn't like more than half pedal while driving. I have tried new plugs wires and coil to no avail. Also tried another ecm from a running car, same result. What am I missing.

THIS IS A N/T ENGINE
2.4 block crank rods
Custom cut 12:1 pistons
1g head with supertech singles, titanium retainers
Delta 272 regrinds
Aluminum flywheel
CAI
Walbro 190 with 275cc injectors
Runs header only with O2 sensor

Check your Throttle Position Sensor, It might not be calibrated or might be bad.

Changed tps out. Put one in from a perfect running car, still have problems

I guess its not really a miss its more like it trips the rev limit and wont gain any rpm. It doesn't matter how fast your going or what gear your in. It just falls on face and wont go past half throttle. Tried many proven working ecms
