Before I start, I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section, as I do not know what kind of problem this is.
BLT: up to 20psi no leaks except for dipstick
Compression check:
#1 - 180
#2 - 160
#3 - 160
#4 - 160
It has a new PCV valve, fuel filter, NGK BPR7ES plugs, battery, and alternator. I tested this on 560cc injectors with a Blackbox ecu, and FIC 750s on link V3. I have correct voltage at the alternator, battery, and fuel pump.
The car runs fine until I start buidling boost, I can get to 20psi on the gauge just fine, but the AFRs go straight to 10.0
Could this be spark running out under boost? If my compression is fine and there is no air or fuel leaks, wouldn't the only other issue be spark? I can't post any data logs right now since my buddy was helping me tune it with his laptop.

If you werent getting a spark, like the injector is firing but the mixture isnt igniting, it will show as leaning out because an O2 sensor only reads oxygen content.

No, wrong.
It will read rich, as there is more fuel (unburnt) than oxygen present. If the injector weren't firing, but the spark plug were, he'd be reading lean as there is no fuel and the oxygen isn't being used at all as it passes through the engine.

If the car isn't running super crappy, id just be looking at the tune like @donniekak said, just needs to be leaned out.

Try to lean out the afr. Check your global settings in link. What's your target? What fuel are u using? This happened to me when they switched e85 to e54. Boy was I running rich until I changed my global settings. I thought I filled with e85 since there was nothing that told me about the change at the pump. Thank Arizona tuners for the info.
