Ok so the other day i finally put my gsx on the road after 5mos of building it. Here's a list of everything done during the rebuild:

Original motor was crank walked. so i swaped it for a '95 JDM block w/70k on it.
all gaskets replaced including adding a cometic 4 layer hg, and arp studs. With that i put the original 98 head on the 95 block. I also replaced the wp, timming belt, and balance shaft belts all three parts are OEM(not aftermarket). During the rebuild i swaped the t25 for an evo3 16g ported and cliped w/the wg flap welded shut. I'm using an obx exhaust manifold and waste gate on 16psi. From my old GST i took my aluminum misimoto radiator.

With that all said I also had to get a universal slim fan from AZ (12"). I have yet to fab a dump tube for the wastegate so its dumping right next to the ps pump. witch i think is my biggest problem. It's fine while idleing w/the heat off, but as soon as u get on it for more than 10 to 15 mins the temp spikes for a lil bit then it goes down. I think i need a dump tube and 2 slim fans not sure! any ideas would b helpful thanx!

Seems like you already have all the ideas. Get that dump tube made and get some slim fans. With a 16g you should be able to fit at least one stock fan in there. You could wire them to be on all the time when the engine is on which might help.

Make sure there arent any air bubbles in your cooling system.

first thing i did, had a couple:thumb:
