Hey has anyone here ever changed the bushing on the rear diff???

Luisito, I changed all 3 of mine in my driveway. It was a PITA! Everyone says to drop the whole rear subframe, but I didn't want to go through all that. I was able to drop the rear diff and then cut a hole into my spare tire well to get better access to the two bushings in the subframe. Patched the hole back up and reinstalled the diff. If you need a pic to give you a better idea...let me know.

Thinking about the 4-spider option, but not sure yet. My gears are fine. It's the upper housing and the shaft that are ruined. The housing and the shaft are about $300 new. Upgrading to the 4-spider would be another $400 with my core. That'll put me down $700 or just keep looking for another AWD tranny and swap the parts.

Okay after talking to a hand full of broward dsmers and a bunch of boca dsmers. i have decided to arrange a broward dsm meet. different day then the miami meet this way if you cant make the miami meet you can make the borward meet. or visa versa. me personally, ill go to both . the more meets the better in my opinion. broward dsm meet: second sunday of the month at the dania beach jai alai at 12. huge parking lot which is always empty. boca guys already agreed to come down, and most broward guys are happy. the jai alai is a mile away from the beach and a mile away from i-95, so we can make it there quick. im thinking a cruise down ocean drive? eating spot can be decided later. let me know what you guys think. and who would attend. my number is 9542576354 text me for more info.

i75 is way too west for me guys, sorry. i have a long enough drive as it is.

and as for the broward meet i am more than down as always i just need my car running again :-(. my car was down for 3 months, ran for a month and now has been down for another month AWESOME!!!!!!!

I might know of someone that is pretty fast , but he dont do the 1/4 thing nomore, he moved on to bigger and better things . On a dsm still. Would be nice to see him at a broward meet.(if it happens)

Ok so if this is a Broward meet why not make the location a little more central? And the Jai Alai parking lot sucks, might as well choose a food spot or stick to the Checkers idea like from back in the day.

Close to 95 would be best, thus way the guys from boca and palm beach can make it quick. Also for the Miami guys to come up. I like jai alai ### there is plenty alternatives in that area, such as frost park which has tons of shady spots and is next to the jai alai. Or the marina down the street. Also ### it's close to the beach, and beach cruises are the best. but any other ideas, throw them out there.
