Miami DSM Meet!

First of all the 28th is a horrible idea. :notgood:
Your gona end up with 3 cars, have fun with that.
Second of all 75% of the cars that go to the meet is our crew from hialeah, and most likekly we are not gonna go on the 28th.

and like chrispy said its eather going to work or not, and if it doesnt, us in hialeah will just start our own meet (not in tropical park) and end up with more cars than this meets ends up with, just by ourselfs we have 10 dsm's. :thumb:

Not trying to sound bad, but this tropical park meet is really coming to an end, and when it does the new meets are ready to really start happening up here in hialeah. :thumb:

^ this boy has cojones LOL but its true what he is saying ive been to the past 4 meets and the car count doesnt pass 8 cars which is sad cause as big as a group we have on the southeast we should have at least a 20+ turn out this meet coming up will be my last if dont see more than 10 cars out there according to crispy it a good idea to leave it on the 28:notgood::banghead:

Hold up a second just by what you saying im starting to think that next meet should be hosted by you guys i live in coral way but ill make the drive down there, this past meet was horrible and its going to keep going that way you guys are 10 and i have 4 more DSMers witch would make and thats 14 car right there now count in lets say at least 8 more and we getting an awsome turn out im down... but witch place,day,time,hour? make it palmettoable to get there LOL

Then how bout this. Let's call this off and Miami-Meets are officially over. I'm honestly done with this bull shit. You guys in Hialeah go ahead and start your meets if you guys can get good numbers, that's awesome. There aren't any DSM's in large numbers together in Miami anymore.

The 28th is ThanksGiving, and 2 days after thanksgiving to me imo is an awesome time to have a DSM meet as the weather will be perfect (assuming it doesn't rain), people have long vacations for that weekend. It's not like we're doing it on Christmas or New Years day.

The reason the last meet was moved a week earlier was because it fell RIGHT ON Halloween day. This Nov 28th is 2 days after a freaking awesome holiday where everyone stuff's their face.

So I mean, if your going to come in here saying that "75% of us aren't coming, and we make up the numbers", then really, I'm not even going to bother with the meets. I'm not attacking you either ACE, so try not to take this offensively.

Like I said before and I'll say it again. We don't have shoot outs or MOD's near here so we set this up to have something close, like the classic cars meet up on Sunday's and Bikes on Fudruckers every Sunday.

If you guys don't want to put effort in this, then I'm done. Make your own meets cause I'm done trying to push something that just isn't going to work.
 
Chris why don't we all just wait it out and have the next meet for january then ?
That gives us all PLENTY of time to relax, and for those with their dsm down have more than enough time to fix/tweak their cars.
Don't give up i'm willing to help, what do you say about january ?
 
theres nothing to Not like. im sure this isnt the 1st time a dsm meet moves from one location to another, hopefully better one. but if you guys are really talking about meeting in hialeah this months , might wanna lock this thread. and start a new one. so noone shows up at the wrong place.

Bro seriously its not working cause of you, is because of those bla bla bla no words DSMers.. Look how many people are down to go to the next meet not even 5. You been trying your best and it looks like only some off us are too. The meets are going to keep going this way. How do we had so many DSMers the first meet we did? and we never saw most off them coming back? Because they dont give a dam about DSM. Now those off us who still do could keep the spirit alive and i mean it by actually doing a good turnout lets give a shot to the Hialeah DSMers lets see what they got! If we really get a good turnout then we could make the Hialeah/Miami meets flexible each month that way it could be fair and square if you get where im getting at! Lets give it a shot cmon!
 
How about this everyone here on this forum knows where towers is at right?? lets give that a shot and show up there and see how the turn out is gonna be just lets agree on a date and the time is around 6 or 7 at night witch sounds a good time everyone should be off of work and it ends at 10 maybe we can ride out from towers somewhere else and continue the meet/hangout

I totally disagree with the above. I care about my DSM, the meet is just a meet to get together and talk and see each others car and chill. If I have something better to do I'll do it. Just my two cents of course.

I've made it to a few meets myself, but the same thing every month is nothing too exciting. I said I was going to make it out last meet and I couldn't, I had issues that didn't allow me, that don't mean I don't care or won't help organize one if needed. I even volunteered to bring some supplies for the Markham one with the BBQ and all of that, that went south really quick though.

im ALWAYS down. but IMO the more believable meet would be in january. we got thanksgiving coming up and then christmas then new years. WAY to many holidays and things that people might have plans for. i say january but instead of the last weekend LETS MAKE IT THE 1ST WEEKEND AFTER EVERYTHING! which would be the 9th.

Thats sounds like somebody is finally brainstorming, also guys lets make it happen tropical is a great place we never been stopped or warn by the police it would be ssd to move the meet out off place btw the hialeah guy said he has like 10dsmers, how bout getting them to come? Also just a thought next meet should be at 2pm just to keep DSMers from getting late and instead off fudruckers BBQ at key biscayne!!!!! el farito its a great place!!!
