ok, if im thinking correctly, the MFI and the Fuel Pump Relays are next to each other on the passenger side floor area attached behind the console kick-plate. Now, do these 2 relays have to be grounded (attached with the bolts to the metal bracket), or do they have their own ground they use?

Is there a way to test them to make sure they are functioning correctly?
 
This should go without saying but, did you search or are you just asking hoping that someone else will find the answer for you?

I asked if there "is a way" to test them, not to "show me and add a smart-ass comment" about how to test them... Thanks for the info, but if your gonna be giving advice with comments like that, then I'd rather you not comment at all...
