Methanol injection pressure

So when I bought this car it had methanol injection. the methanol is mixed with some other fluid so that it will not eat at the lines but is injected in the IC piping just before the TB. A section of the line got melted when a coolant line sprung a leak. Its about the same size as a vacuum line but is harder (maybe just because its old and exposed to heat..?) I can find vacuum line anywhere but what kind of line would be safe to use with this application and is injection like this low or high pressure?

Not sure of where you need to get the line from, but it is a high pressure line. Most water/meth injection kits run a min of 140psi and can go up to 220-250psi(usually for very high hp applications).
You might check with some of the vendors that carry water/meth injection or somewhere like snowperformance.net.

ok thanks, anyone have any idea where i can get some? I looked around on some sites but nothing looks too promising. I suck at estimating but about what diameter size am i lookin for if its close to a vacuum line?

Post a pic of you injector and line. That might help. It is supposed to be a hard line. Check your local rubber and hose suppliers in your town. There will be one, as there is always the need to repair hydraulic hose for commercial/construction/farm eqipment. Try Cooling Mist, they are a great vendor. Do not use vacuum line! You are dealing with anywhere from 100-200 psi of pressure. Check your pump and see the size fitting you have. This will not be a hard fix, as this is a pretty standardized setup.

I will try to do that later tonight, I recieved line that reads "4 x 2.5mm" from an aquamist kit for free but that line just fits snugly but easily inside the line im tryin to replace.
i found this site

and they have all kinds of hose but i dont know what im looking for....
I know its not a vacuum line, i was just using that as a comparison for size.
