melty piston, bad compression

so i slightly overheated my car, and i started blowing a little white smoke out my oil cap. so i did a compressiontest, terrible in cylinder one-i beleive the (one by the timing belt). so i pulled the head, and got a closer look. theirs terrible wear on the cylinder wall, and part of my piston has melted off. it looks like bad detonation. my valves are a little dirty, not much else though. now imin dire need of a piston, and hopfully that is all.

any ideas what i did? this is stock boost levels.
