Depending on how many you bent and how bad it was overall, you would probably need to rebuild the head with a complete new valvetrain. I would also check the piston for a very nice valve print.

im ordering a used head with good rods, so all i need is like the springs and retainers? and maybe pistons if my are messed up ? oh and like arp studs and headgasket

Very doubtful that rods would be affected at all. Doesnt happen offen but depending on how hard the piston kissed the valves it could have a nice print in it which as you probably know causes hot spots=detonation=BAD. Also there is no way of telling how much damage is done unless everything is taken apart. I would not suggest doing all the work yourself. Everything has to be seated PROPERLY and UP TO SPEC. Also a valve bent the seating surface you will need a machine shop to smooth it out. You need to check those valvetrain parts for damage before you go out wasting money replacing good parts. Definately have a shop look at it, and dont cheap out on machine work because going cheap will just cost you more money in the long run. or short.
