ok, so i've looked through threads, and haven't found the question i'm wondering about. i'm looking to get megan lowering springs, and i noticed they lower the car a healthy 2 inches. my main concern is, with the car lowered this much, do i have to worry about tires rubbing wheel wells? whether going straight, turning, or hitting bumps/potholes? i was gonna go with eibachs but i like the look the lower the better, as long as it doesn't rub, and screw stuff up. anybody with these springs installed on a 1ga, let me know if you've had any problems, or what you like about them. thanks!

I have installed two sets of the megan racing springs on friends cars(1gs) and have had no problems with ribbing or clearance problems. I suggest getting camber bolts for the front and getting it aligned when your finished putting the springs in.

ok good. now these camber bolts, anywhere specific i can get these from??

Oreilly's.

Your going to need a rear camber kit.

Dont get the DME kit it doesn't have enough range to make up the camber difference. Trust me I got the DME kit and now I have to make custom upper control arms

oook i found this specialty products company cam and bolt kit at oreillys. i'll add that to my list of "to get's". i noticed that the kit for the rear you said not to use is for awd cars? i have a fwd laser, would you still suggest getting them for the back? if so, what kind?

A fwd has no rear camber adjustments due to the rear axle being solid, which also means you rear camber will stay within spec. All you need to worry about is the front. I went with the eibach bolts for the front, but a cam bolt is pretty much a cam bolt.
