Megan Racing Catback Exhaust. Has anybody have or has heard about this?

I was wondering if anybody knows more about the 3" Megan Catback Exhaust. It's stainless steel and it looks great. But what type of sound does it produce? Is it better than the Tsudo Exhaust system? There's not a big difference in price. And where could I buy either a Megan or Tsudo Exhaust system besides ebay? Anybody know of any good websites?
