Megan AWD downpipe flex section size

My AWD Megan flex section is nearing its last leg and I would like to order a new replacement section. My only problem is I am 50 miles away from my car and I need to know how long the flex section is so I can order the right size. Can anyone help me out here? I want to say 8 inches, but I never actually measured it before.

I damaged mine, so replaced it a year or so ago, with the top of the line Vibrant (turboflex with interlock liner, its much nicer then the one the DP comes with). I went with the 10", as I figured having it abit longer wasn't a bad thing. I know 10" was longer then the one it came with, so the 8" is probably doable, if you don't want it longer.
