Just recently Installed a 2g dejon intake pipe. Can I use one of the nipple from the pipe as my boost source since I don't have one from my turbo compressor or j pipe? Right now it's just Tee'd off the BoV line.

Also run into an issue my TPS was acting up and car won't start but when I notice TPS making sounds every time I nudge hose that connects to intake manifold it worked again. I left it the way it is but I don't know what's going on there.

No, you must use a source that see's vacuum and boost. It's not hard to drill your compressor cover or add one to your piping. Your BOV should have it's own dedicated line.
