ECMlink Maxed the 3bar... whoops! dsmlink log inside

Okay,
let me spit some of this out before I forget. I know I maxed out the GM3bar. My autometer gauge reads 30+ psi (pretty much maxed out the gauge) and I am still tinkering with my hallman ES to get the boost down. Secondly, Who else has a UEGO that logs past 10.4:1 on DSMLink? I know my gauge reads all the way down to 10.0:1, but I'm not sure what the limit is logged on DSMlink. The reason why I'm wondering is because my car seems to like a 10.5:1 afr on meth/93 versus 11:1 like everyone else tunes to. I guess it just goes to show that each car really is different. In the log posted, you can see that I only knock when the afr goes leaner than 10.5:1. My concern is what if the true afr is actually richer than 10.5:1, but I can't tell? It's very difficult to stare at the gauge when I'm getting on it in 2nd Also, why the heck am I STILL losing boost up top? it has to be this stinkin' hotside, but for whatever reason I can't bring myself to 100% believe that??

When you are tuning your A/F's do you put your timing from 4k up down to -2? If so that will allow you to get your A/F's up to 11:1 with no knock. Then when you get that dialed in start increasing your timing.

Is the A/F ratio on DSmlink accurate? If so i'm seeing 12:1 and leaner under boost. Other than that i see you have added 2* of timing in the upper RPMs as well, like phunny said, dial them back to get your AFR's right without knock then start adding timing once your fuel curve is good and consistant

Going lean to spool faster ehh? I've was never been able to tune past 10.9 without knock on pumpgas with my M5 nozzle on my evo3, but as soon as I went to an M10 it was 11.5 all day.. I can't tell if your airflow is accurate because you're pegging the 3bar, have you caculated your known airflow to seen airflow using MAF and MAFraw?. You should sellect "use map" in the airflow menu, that will level out the signal a little better. The timing ladder looks good, airflows on the fence of being overun but still looks accurate.

If you're concerned about your true AFR with your Meth kit at diffrent %'s of Meth mixture you'll want to consult this thread where I've posted the math caculations on how to do so.

I have logs from when I started tuning that show my UEGO at 9.8:1. I am fairly sure that was accurate because the guage was pegged at 10.0:1. I use the AEMWBguageR1 option in link, it seems to be right on with the guage.

Yes i used the AEMWBgaugeR1 value, and it seems to be right on aswell. Your dsmlink logs can show as rich as 9.0:1 and as lean as 18.0:1
