What is the maximum fuel flow you can reliably get from a Walbro 255LPH fuel pump? I assume that this pump will support 650cc/min injectors at 4.6bar (3bar + 1.6 bar boost pressure) fuel pressure no problem?

People that are running 340bhp (@wheels) + do you use this fuel pump?

I was wondering the same thing. Is it published anywhere the flow rate of -AN line at a given PSI. This should be an easy decision, but I do not want to build fuel system and find out that it does not flow enough.

Cheers guys for the replies, thats answered my question nicely :thumb:

I have been worried about the same things lately. I decided to do -8 feed and -6 from reg to the stock hardline (which is real close to -6 in size)

I saw a guy who made like 498 whp on a -6 feed.

-8 is overkill, especially if you can put down 600WHP on stock lines.

well i've never heard of anyone putting down that much on stock lines. but what your saying doesnt make sense. thast like saying "well if you can run 10's on a stock intake manifold, then why buy a sheetmetal" or if people are running high 11's on 16g's then if your lookin for 11's why buy anything bigger? its still easier to make that much power when you have less things to worry about. the fact he made 600whp on stock lines is amazing but I wouldnt not do fuel lines now that i saw that. the fact he made that on a walbro pump is also amazing. considering i'm only looking for 500 whp max then I'll stay with the walbro

If you read the link I posted, Chris Tapp put down 600HP on stock lines, but I see where you are coming from. -6 is the norm, I see no need to run -8
