massive vaccum leak need help identifying part

my 1g been running like crap for the longest , i think i finnaly found a couple of issues. i pressurized it to check for vaccum leaks and i found so far 3, one is my fpr (shot), another one is somewhere on the left of the intake manifold which i cannot find where the issing is coming from because the pressure runs out to quick and the third and biggest one is coming from this "wastegate" looking piece bolted on the intake manifold right underneath the fpr. Can anybody tell me what that is , and where can i get one other then the dealer, because the dealers around here are not to costumer friendly....... Please i would really appreciate any help on this... THANK YOU...

I would guess it's your egr valve. A pic would help

i thought the egr was on the other side of the manifold.

If it's on the driver side than it could be the solenoid for the butterfly. You do have a cyclone intake manifold..Correct? If it's a cyclone intake manifold than it's got a solenoid to open the intake runners. That could be leaking.

It might be a problem locating that part here in the us. As that intake manifold only came equiped in cars over seas. The dsm's here never came equiped with that manifold.

It's called a butterfly valve actuator. Just make sure that it's that that it's leaking before you go any further.. It's black? Looks just like a wastegate? Correct?
