Major oil leak and engine problem

i Have a 92 talon tsi and im havin many problems the car starts and runs but the idle is really messed up and my turbo wont spool and i have a major oil leak...ive checked for boost leaks and im going to replace the spark plugs but my turbo is in good condition i have no clue wuts wrong can a bad spark plug not allow my turbo to spool please help

OK, My crystal ball seems to be an the fritz. Where might the oil be coming from? Top-bottom-left-right- front or back.

With just a wee bit of help some one here should be able to come close to the cause.

well first things first: find out where the oil leak is coming from and fix it. it could be the drain tube from the turbo. next step is to do a full tune up and then continue from there.
