Major 16g problems

I bought the evo 3 16g from extreme psi like two months ago. my first problem is that when i got it, the actuator didnt have the wastegate flapper all the way closed so i put some washers on the bolts holding the actuator to close the flapper, because 1. it was taking a millions years to build boost. and 2. it keeps going to almost 30 psi. Well i checked my vacuum lines and they are fine. now its not boost creep because it goes directly to 25-26 psi it doesnt keeping rising. I also put an old actuator on and its doing the same thing. there is no way this turbo is set stock to this many psi!! There is no way two actuators are bad. Is there anyine out there who can HELP!!!!!!

Your first step should have been to contact the vendor before modifying the turbo at all. I am sure they would have been more than willing to help you out with your problem. Especially if you notice it before installation. Are you running only wastegate pressure? Straight from the nipple on the j-pipe to actuator?

well i was just at extreme psi yesterday they said to check my lines and crap and yeah its j-pipe to actuator. it was doing the same thing with the high boost problem from when i got it because i just did the washer thing last night when i put on a new o2 housing.
