Maintenance

I bought my first DSM about a month ago and just put an AEM CAI on it yesterday. I've always read to do maintenance before modding but I couldn't resist doing something to it already. Anyway, my local body shop wants 310 bux for a full tune up. MY question, what is replaced or changed during a tune up, I'm trying to do it myself and buy the parts. Reccommended companies would be appreciated.

change oil and oil filter, change tranny fluid, flush cooling system, new spark plugs and wires, and a new fuel filter would be a good start.

Call the shop and ask them what all they would be doing for a tune-up. Why on earth would you hand over your car and $300 not knowing what they are going to do to your car
