maintenance

Wasup everyone,
I am a new DSM owner, and I noticed in this site that before I start doing any mods to my 95 TSI, I should do all the maintenance as stated in the vehicle manual, the thing is, I DO NOT HAVE ONE!!! So could anyone please list what maintenance I should do to my vehicle? I know that I can buy manuals online, but currently I do not have a credit card, so I am trying to just get a headstart by asking here first, I really appreciate your help.

Hey there!
Well for starters, welcome to the site. You will be able to find out anything you want about DSM's on this site. Well i suggest that you go to Kragen auto or anyother parts store like that and spend 20 bucks and get a chiltons or (i forget the name) repair book. It has OEM maintenece section it it as well as a schedule in which you should perform these.

Oh and I am in San Diego all the time, we should meet up sometime. My girlfriend lives near SDSU and so thats why i am there.




But here is a quick list of things you should check out!

spark plugs/wires
fuel filter
belts/ especilly timing
check radiator/cooling system
replace all fluids
clean injectors

the list goes on, just get the book
