Main Fan In AC Fan Location

I bought a 14" Slimline fan, I have my AC system completely removed, I was wondering if I could mount the 14" Slimline fan where the AC fan was but a little close to the middle of the car. Basically does it matter if the main fan is on the left or the right side of the radiator?

I don't see why not. It should work either sides.

bryan do u still have the acx components i just need the pully that goes in the engine bay i have the compressor i just need the pully and any parts that go with it

The main purpose of the Fan is to get air through the radiator when the car is at a stand still. So I would think middle would be most efficient.

no it does't matter at all where the fan is....left/right/middle.....makes lil diff.

Perfect, thanks guys I just mounted it on the passenger side but a little bit more towards the middle. I used to have a gs and on the gs the main fan is on the drivers side, but on the gst/gsx the main fan is on the passenger side.
