i havent had any ac stuff on my car for a few months now (compressor, lines, condesnser etc) i just recently removed all under dash ac and heater components from my car. before i removed all that stuff my ac and radiator fans would turn on by pressing the switch inside the car. now they dont

at first i didnt know what was going on. everything was connected but nothing was working so i was like WTF but then i remembered that on my evaporator there was the ac amplifier!

i quickly went and brought the unit over to my car and connected it and both fans turned on perfectly just as i suspected. so i then went on to remove the amp and all the wires from the evap and NOW the only fan that turns on by pressing the switch is the radiator fan. BOTH FANS JUST TURNED ON A SECOND AGO!!! :banghead:

i checked every fuse all over the car and everything is fine. i even connected everything back onto the evaporator how it originally was BUT NOTHING! a buddy of mine was standing out in front of my car and he said he sees my ac fan spin for a quick second whenever i take the key out. im at a loss here... dont know what else to do

I don't have an answer to your question, but you can run without the a/c fan without any problems. The only thing you need it for is if you are still running the a/c system. I would just remove the a/c fan and try running with the one fan.
