There seems to be conflicting information regarding the correct specs that apply to Mahle's 4g63 stroker pistons.
Example:
Most sites that sell them list them as 9.5:1 compression / 302 gram pistons (.020 over).
However, the stroker pistons actually weigh 250 grams.
So is both the stated compression ratio and weight incorrect? Just the weight? Or do they offer both 8.5:1 and 9.5:1 ratios which would account for the different weights?
Mahle's website is useless for this kind of definitive information. Any first hand knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I'm not sure about the 8.5:1's, but the 9.5:1's weighed in around 300grams, (give or take 3 or 4 grams) on the set that I put into a customers car. Hopefully this helps.
