Will the oem intake mani bolts fit with the magnus heat barrier gasket? If so, do all 4g63 heads use the same size intake mani bolts? Just makin sure i get everything i need. Thanks

Yes the gaskets are the same set up as factory gaskets just plastic and thicker. They work very well i run it on mine! And i beleive all the 1g heads have the same studs and the 2g have all the same size bolt except they dont have the 2 inlarged studs at the ends.

I run a 1g Magnus heat barrier gasket also. When I installed it I put a thin layer of gray RTV on both sides of the gasket to make sure it sealed properly. Never had any boost leak issues, even over 25 psi.

This is what I did, did any of you guys have to retighten them after a few heat cycles?

I run mine without any other gaskets or rtv and it held just fine no leaks. I did after about 100 miles retorque the nuts, and do so every so often. I run 30psi consistantly and have ran up to 45 a few times as well. But a lil rtv is a nice precaution.

The magnus gasket that I've is some type of plastic. It'll crush to seal. If you use a true phenolic material, like the spacer I run, you definitely need an OEM gasket on either side of it which already comes with a viton coating. RTV isn't recommended, I don't use RTV anywhere on my car anymore since it extrudes out too much. I use hylomar blue instead which will reseal itself if the manifold lifts off or shifts and can allow the OEM gasket to be reused over and over without reapplication. I've used this stuff to seal a very high pressure water manifold that was lifting off and pushing the sealing o-ring out of its gland. The hylomar eliminated that problem.
