Magnaflow Hi flow CAT

I was just wondering who all had a magnaflow cat on their car rather that a test pipe or a resonator and what you think of the performance. Im also looking at just putting a resonator on instead but am worried about emissions.

Hey there, new at this site, but magnaflow highflow cats, I heard good things about, my friend has a 2.0 Sentra that was turbo'd and has that cat on it, and runs great. As far as being legal for inspection thats a good start for exhaust. But if you can get a pass on emissions, go just resonator, for the sound damper... hope that helps Dan

I have a Magnaflow Hi-Flow and love it. I also have put a resonator and a Magnaflow race muffler on as well. I went complete custom on my exhaust, bought the component and took it to a exhuast shop and said "here put this on that". The car sounds really good and strong, not ricey or like a fat can. Good luck and if you want any more info about doing a custom exhuast let me know.

I have one and its great. Before the exhaust I had a straight pipe and it was loud. Put the cat on and sounds so much better. Also did not lose any noticable power or anything. Best thing Ive done in a while. Shuts up the pesky 3" piping

I just received the cat, the downpipe, and an evo manifold!!! Cant wait to put on everything hopefully monday. I really am happy with purchasing the magnaflow cat, there seems to be very little restriction!

I have it and it makes my exhaust sound better. My brother had no cat and went to the magnaflow cat and noticed no difference at all, only shut his exhaust up a bit.
